Blockly Summit 2026 will be hosted at Murray Edwards College in the Paula Browne House Conference Centre, a state-of-the-art conference venue. The venue is located on the University of Cambridge, UK campus.

Directions to venue entrance.

Entrance to the venue is located in the Porters’ Lodge of Murray Edwards College, linked below.  

Upon arrival, enter the Porters’ Lodge, and follow the signage which will direct you along the hallway to a door exiting to an external walkway.  Follow the walkway straight ahead, and this will lead you to the entrance of the Paula Browne House Conference Centre.

Getting here.

Getting to Cambridge, UK.

Cambridge is easily reached from all London airports and from the London St Pancras International train station. From London, the best way to arrive at Cambridge is by train. You can find train schedules and routes on the National Rail website. You must buy your ticket before you board the train. Many stations have ticket machines, and you can also purchase tickets online.

National Rail will redirect you to purchase tickets from the relevant train operator website, which is usually the most cost-effective ticket option. For any journeys that require you to use London public transport, the cost of this will be included in your ticket.

If you want to explore London before your journey to Cambridge, all travel around London is contactless: you pay for your travel as you go by tapping your card or mobile device on readers at station barriers or on buses.

Air travel

  • Cambridge is easily reached from all London UK airports, including Heathrow (LHR), Gatwick (LGW), and Stansted (STN).
  • National Express operates bus services to all London international airports.
  • There are regular rail services connecting Cambridge to all London airports.
  • There are regular buses during the day from the train station that will take you to the city centre. From Emmanuel Street, take the Busway A, Citi 5 or Citi 6 bus towards Murray Edwards College. The closest stops for the Citi 5 are Shire Hall or Fitzwilliam College and for the Citi 6, they are Histon Road Corner and Fitzwilliam College. Buses run approximately every 20 minutes.
