The team

Rachel leads the Blockly team and is passionate about accessibility. Rachel is currently working toward a Master's in Education at San Francisco State University. Outside of work she likes bikes, power tools, and fun facts.

Maribeth is Blockly’s Tech Lead. She helps corral our rowdy gang of 20% contributors. Recently she's been working on transitioning Blockly's repository, making it easier for developers to contribute to the project.

Aaron helps build the open source Blockly library for creating block-based educational coding experiences. He holds a BS in Computer Science from UCSB and worked on a computer science curriculum for young people.

Joe is a consultant for Blockly. He is helping transition the product from Google to the Raspberry Pi Foundation. He is also supporting Blockly product marketing and community events including Blockly Summit 2026.
